Ingredients

🥃 Firme Joven Tepeztate Mezcal 2 oz
🍸 High-Quality Dry Vermouth 1/2 oz
2 dashes Celery Bitters
1 dash Grapefruit Bitters

Preparation

1. 🧊 In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice.

2. 🥄 Stir vigorously for 30 seconds until the ideal chilling and dilution are achieved.

3. 🥂 Strain over a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
