AL PASTOR

AL PASTOR

The Al Pastor cocktail is a bold homage to Mexican street cuisine. Inspired by the flavors of the famous taco, this drink is a complex dance of notes: the mezcal's smokiness meets the spiciness of the jalapeño, the sweetness of the pineapple, and the citrus touch of lime. It's a sweet-citrusy, smoky, and vibrant cocktail, perfect for lovers of intense and original flavors.

JOVEN ARTISANAL ENSAMBLE

The Ensamble Mezcal (Espadín/Tobalá) is ideal, as its woody and smoky notes are enhanced by the chili and pineapple. This blend provides the structure and complexity needed so the cocktail's bold flavors don't overpower the distillate, but instead create a perfect, memorable balance.
